Invoice Settings

Configure default values and strategies for invoice creation.

This inventory ID will be used for all invoices if not mapped from Excel. Must be a valid numeric ID that exists in Qoyod.

Due Date Strategy

Use due_date column from Excel (requires mapping)

Auto-calculate: due_date = issue_date + N days

Choose how due dates are determined for invoices. If using Excel mapping, ensure the due_date column is mapped.

Note: All invoices are created as Draft status only. They will not be posted or approved automatically.

Privacy Note: Source invoice contents are processed in memory. Limited operational identifiers and statuses may be stored locally in your browser for workflow history; source Excel files are not retained by the service.
